  3. Fishing Wilson this weekend Hi I'd like to try fishing Wilson this weekend and was wondering where I could launch my boat, it's a 22' Starcraft islander. Also any tips anyone could share would be greatly appreciated as I've never fished anywhere out there
  4. And all the bass guys will power load their boats and have it all screwed up in no time
  5. Conesus was fine last weekend
  6. I found the best price on a special mate box from a member on here named fishkiller16
  7. Those kids just might end up really rich
  8. How much each???and where are you located
  9. Conesus was like that last year, there was a 6' deep hole and then a sandbar at the end that you couldn't get over once the water got low
  10. I'll take them if the last guy doesn't
  11. The gambler rigs have 2 spin and glows with beads in between, he has the spin and glow rigs perfected

  13. 1.5mph and bounce bottom once in a while
  14. Not sure what your budget is but maybe check out the new smoker craft phantom 222 off shore with the rigid frame soft top, they're pretty sweet
  15. Do you have space to dry dock a boat on a trailer? It's a 22' Starcraft islander, also if you do what would a monthly rate be
  16. How much is it to launch? It'd probably be worth the money to avoid the free/state launches once the rec boaters start going
  17. Fished there tonight and got skunked, trolled all suttons on way up to vine valley without a nibble and on the way back I tried a bunch of other stuff and had a fish on for a minute that hit a mag silver carbon moonshine spoon and had a brown or rainbow hit a bay rat flat lined on a planer board. The one on the bay rat gave me a few quick jumps and came unbuttoned I'm thinking it was a rainbow
  18. Are they much cheaper on the west coast?
  19. They aren't sport fishing, they're fishing for food. I know this is a tough concept for you to understand but in some places they don't have grocery stores right down the street or in some cases people just don't have the money to travel to the grocery store and buy meat. I guess when you've never experienced places like that you wouldn't understand
  20. Probably $25-30 each combo would be fair, they're low quality entry level set ups that probably don't cost $60 new
  21. It's definitely still fishing
  22. Good guy to deal with, the stuff I bought off him was in great condition and came very fast. If I needed more tackle I'd buy these in a heartbeat
  23. So how do you prevent the tangles if a fish bites the bottom shorter one? Every time I ran my top line longer than my bottom I ended up with a mess
