Had to share this one, absolute explosion of flavor, I used widgeon but and duck will do.
Try to keep in mind these will be bite sized when done
Cube breast 3/4" squares stick on a toothpick with a raw shrimp, slice of jalapeño "I used the ones in a jar" wrap in a half a slice thick cut bacon and let rest overnight in Italian dressing.
Grill untill bacon just crisp enough to eat and enjoy
