    second weigh in station be nice for the guys fishing north end . i burn a tank of gas out of the truck bring fish to myers . turn out we broke even for the weekend placing in the derby . really don.t think they have the staff to have two stations tho.

    the world has come unraveled . we have half the population crying gun confiscation the other half standing strong with the second amendment . kids shooting kids in school . countries saying my nuke is bigger than yours ,yeah well can't shoot mine down cause mine are better than yours . as for remington fire arms like them or not its American jobs going away . so that leave the average joe still paying taxes and living in the crap the world gives us ...........,

    yes sir Bob Stivers is president of the finger lakes sports o rama , so it looks like he is letting the marina be the head weight in station . witch is a good thing as the city of geneva isn't giving out the warm fuzzy feeling . but i'm sure they don.t mine the money the ramp will bring in for them.....

    i do see in the rules you put up on the post above says Geneva as a weight in station , so went and got mine app.on the front cover it says weight in as stivers, sampson, clute park .so it would be my guess is they took a part of the old forms when the made up the new forms ..

    yeah my buddies pretty much said the same thing ( rather stay home and watch the grass grow ) but what i say old habits die hard ....

    they definitely going to need more turn out to cover bigger prizes ... i see on the derby application the great city of Geneva is no longer having the weight in station . like to know more about that .

    seems to me the chart above is right on path of 2017 , i know it's above my pay grade but would think the smart powers to be can start pulling extra water now . especially after last year cost and damage the flooding caused ..

    looks like a repeat of last year , heavy wet snow storm state wide ( some places getting up 2 feet ) and up coming rains there going to be bad flooding.

    you can look on walleye lake Erie under boats for sale . there a few there least you can get a look at different options that they come with

    try trolling a little fast than normal with the sutton spoon i found bows and LL like the radical action they get around 1.8 to 2

    Tony Buffa Charters is the top gun . he will show you what you need to get the job done . my go to was buck tail jigs, swim blades ,worn harnesses with a bait walkers and drift . have trolled stick bait a and worn harnesses with luck too . but i prefer more of hands on when eye fishing .

    i switch to the micro lead last year . like you said had same issue. i did the same as above post have said . i too had the lead poke through the sheathing . after getting the lead back in side the sheathing i used gorilla super glue that stop the lead from poking out .

    algae bloom most likely . seems to be every year now . it comes and goes as the water warms up . not sure who dose the testing probably the dec . when it test safe they open it back ...

    the two finger lakes i fish were high in the spring . one permanent dock was under water for a little while and floating docks were fine and you din't need hip waders to get on the dock . by mid june every thing was fine

    the way thing are going we will be lucky ice will be out by the the middle of April . Putneyville west to the nuke plant is good . or Sodus point west to maxwell creek

    The fish dying off .the lake going to hell .most likely a trash burring plant going in close to Sampson park . now the state getting out of the marina at Sampson , witch i agree not a bad thing . could probably mean heavy construction going on . you said your self you sent some of your clients other places due to bad fishing . i think its time to slip on Cayuga or on Ontario , put fish on the deck and better your charter business. keep an eye on the Seneca area if it improves maybe go back or not ....
