    went out of the north ramp for the first time . was fun going to fish a new spot we went 9 for 9 on lakers . heavy rain and wind blew in so we called it a day . went to seager marine to get into derby next week the owner was saying only sold 4 tickets . come one come all help out camp good days might as well dark water don't want you to play in his sand box lol like funny hahahahaha

    the cam (arm) to the pump must be under the fuel pump drive for it to work . check for bad fuel line, crack lines will suck air not fuel . also check to see if water separator is full of water or grim

    every one has been putting out nice reports .Ontario fishing sounds like its slow . think I will take a wait and see attitude . the finger lakes has a lot to offer , closer to home for me . hope the kings show in numbers this year

    looking for information, when is it and where to sign up for it. I know there is a north ramp to launch from but I have a hard top with a planer board mast on top of it is there any low clearance I need to worry about

    nice report congratulations on the BFF win. I need to learn how to catch browns, i have only gotten 1 brown while on Seneca lake

    i am fine with it I used sawbellys this weekend also. when I stop to get bait there was a young lad and his mom getting bellys. they were going to sit on shore and fish the derby . I have a ton of money into fishing equipment, they can go fishing for next to nothing and have a good time doing so with out boats and what not

    nice report, I love to fish Seneca lake don't care if it is a tuff bite it will be back to no one fishing it witch means I can get in a nice quiet morning of fishing in be for the boaters come out

    sk8man I ran hemlock spinners also seth greens slide dipsys and boards. I couldn't get a hit till I went to the cow bells and spin and glows .I took my seth green rod and made up a 3 way swivel with a 3 pound weight and cow bells and put 3 leaders on the chain beads. I also used pro cure smelt sent, then grinded out the miles. when we got hooked up I would take the rod and put it in mid ship rod holder, the wife would work the rod, I ran leaders and then net the fish

    three days of fishing fun in the sun . the bite was hard the first day only 3 lakers for the 8 hours that my wife and I put in with a fish that weigh 8.64 on the board . day two fishing for us was hot 16 lakers boated in a 7 hours of fishing and a 9.7 that made the board . day three was the hardest day for us only 3 lakers boated with the biggest only 6 # . A special thanks to Gambler his custom spin N glows with the hammer head cow bells took every laker we got

    the standing are wrong wife weighed laker at noon in Geneva not listed I would think it would have made the 130 pm board , we check book tomorrow

    day two done for me , 16 lakers today made wife fight ever one . she has two lake trout on board 8.6 and 9.7 hope they hold

    on deadliest catch they run out 150 miles to the fishing grounds a day early but don't drop a pod to the magic time . I think it means when you put you gear in the water as sk8man said they should state the start time better

    i have lowrance elite 5 chirp and elite hdi they both have excellent pictures the down part for the chirp series if you run a fish hawk the chirp will make interference with the fish hawk the hdi doesn't

    great lakes lure maker I would like to thank you for the hard work you have already done . keeping the information flowing has already improve the derby to me . I would like to see you on the board if you are already not thanks again

    the national lake trout derby has been on Seneca lake along time . I think it should stay there. its time to pass the torch I believe to a group that will improve the derby . there been some awesome ideals said here on lou just my opinion

    fished from Geneva mark a lot of fish today slow bite for me but ground out 3 lakers and 2 landlocks there was a lot boats warming up for derby . good luck next weekend to all

    losing the trout derby is a big deal . good family fun not to mention how much money the local economy will lose . the Geneva officials should pull there head out their a$$ just saying !

    went out of Geneva ramp only truck and trailer there when I left and when I came in at 11. and I know why, 0 for 1 today south wind didn't think was too bad at all didn't see many marks on sonar, blank screen most of day. last week killed the lakers where did they go lol all I can say glad it wasn't the start of the derby . how did every one else do ?
