When I trailer down the road I tie the 2 riggers together from side to side to secure them & they don't wobble or bounce around as much. Also X2 on checking the nut/bolt fasteners once in awhile. Preventive maintenance never hurts.
I have been running my big jon's on gimbal mounts for the last 10 yrs. using 10# wts. with no problems at all. Also can be taken on & off easy when not needed.
I have had good luck with the Dura last from Auto Zone also, going on 3-4 yrs. on the last ones I bought. Also buy the newest ones on the shelf. I have found walmart's to be 2-3 yrs. old on their shelf check the date stickers. They put them on the shelf & forget about them.
The land across from Niagara University was sold to the state & was/is to be used as a park. That maybe would be a good place to put a launch. But I guess it would depend on the river current speed there.
My buddy has a 20' open bow fish/family one. Has 150 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. has a very nice ride & easy to fish out of . He does all rod in hand fishing, no equipment other than a few rod holders. Nice boat imo.
X2 on the ginger root I use to use the capsules, you can take as many as you need too. I used 2 to start & then more if needed. I also used the wrist bands but the only thing I found them good for was to wipe the puke off my face! Didn't work for me. all Dramamine did for me was delay the puking until the next day along with a head ache.
Don't know where to ask this. This has nothing to do with fishing (sorry) but I am wondering if anyone knows this.? Can I replace all 4 of my P265/65R-18" tires with 4 new P255/65-18" on a 2016 GMC Yukon without screwing up the vehicle computer or anything else?? Thanks for any info.!
