  3. I was told at a very popular tackle shop that they ship them out so quick the paint may not have enough time to cure. i haven't had any wash off, but chips off very easily with certain patterns.
  4. I just called big Jon and ordered some 2 weeks ago. Detailed instructions came in the box. If you bolted on the extra keel with both existing holes, the keels wouldn't be parallel. So you use one existing hole...move the half keel parallel and drill another hole. Then drill 2 more holes for the tow line (with a smaller bit) 1 or 3/4 inch below the existing holes. 18. Idk bud...I think in this sport open your wallet and do it right the first time. Otherwise you will eventually and you wasted your money on the half ass stuff the first time. I learned this lesson already. No real short cuts can be taken. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  19. Theirs 2 bait shops at the sodus bay bridge on ridge rd. The bay bridge sport shop rents small boats. Davenports has better bait IMO. If you can get a canoe the channels near the park at east bay can be good. That's where my buddies that live in that area fish for pike. The bridge near Leroy island is a good spot too.
