  1. looking forward to hearing about the day looked pretty rough on the way to work
  2. Saw a king some years back that had two mouths. One normal one and a smaller one a little lower.
  3. That's pretty cool. Good luck to all, maybe a little more to the East Fork boys!
  4. Burn west to the oak early and fish down hill for the duration
  5. wind looks fine, am thunderstorms look funky. Good news is at Sandy its a quick in and out if it gets ugly
  6. Hope the weather doesn't get funky Friday morning
  7. I should be out in the am as well, haven't been out in a week. Give me a shout on 72 and I will tell you what we have or haven't seen.
  8. Having launched at the oak and the river, I'm more confused.
  9. For less than a third of what people pay to dock elsewhere.
  10. Why? Other than a short pad, it's pretty good.
  11. And in my opinion very few hassles inherent at other ports.
  12. Sandy is the best little port on the south side of the lake.
  13. Pay attention to the launch if you're dropping a big boat. The pads a little short, you don't want the wheels of your trailer to go over it.
  14. Poor guy, my only advice is don't eat the lake trout. Go get that pizza down the road. Worst comes to worst do a stir fry with stomach contents of the laker and throw the rest away.
  15. I have always loved big Browns and have been fortunate enough to have caught a few. Can't imagine one like those.
  16. Close, (wtf now I'm the old guy). A 39+ lb laker did , caught early 90's? There is a pic of Dave Chilson and the angler and fish on the wall at East Fork Marina. I remember it was caught on a Sassy Shad.
  17. was out for two hours yesterday in 100-200 and didn't see much. Had a small king and dropped a teenager behind the boat. Saw very few marks and zero bait. Never know, it could be better tomorrow, good luck
