  1. I think you’ll hit the barn at least lol. Good luck with it. Hell of a gun. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Mike I think mine are Traditions but same make. I tried pellets but when I went to powder from a recommendation it was a breeze to clean. I tried the original breech that came with it as it was for both pellets and powder but after reading on it I thought I should get the powder plug. Ordered it through muzzle-loaders.com where I got the gun. Bought the powder from a local Bass pro. Hope that helps. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. Mike, my CVA MR takes 110gr black horn 209 with the powder adapter breech plug, 250 gr SST, CCI mag primers and its amazing out to 200 yds. I’ve got the short barrel with scope. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  8. I know the frustration but in my opinion and from what I know, a couple factors have influenced the lampreys being out of control. For one weather, they have had some bad luck the last few treatments/years due to flooding and such. I’m really hoping that things are aligned for this spring to put a hurtin on them. 11. Your correct about landownership and bottom etc. Where I get bent out of shape is the “no fishing” because your in said area, not touching property, but said area is off limits to having any access to NYS owned fish. They should not be owned by a private business owner, which is what happens. Like I said earlier, someone with money won that case. It’s too bad really. 13. I echo all of the comments Rick. Great year for you as well as starting out and dealing with the Covid mess this past spring. I’m sure as a business it sure didn’t help things. Thanks for your reports! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Your misinterpreting what I am saying. I don’t condone trespassing. What I do not stand for is when some bullies off people when in fact they can do just what there doing. Dock owners on lakes do it all the time right? I call that grief. But when someone trespasses throw the book at them. Fully support it. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  23. Typically or Usually I’d say when someone acts in that nature they may not be holding the poker hand their leading on to. Dig a little to see if in fact he is the owner etc. you might find some surprises. He may be fronting to keep other hunters out. Happens all the time. I’m not sure what county but in Ontario you can easily pull up ownership of boundaries etc. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
