I will from now own when i see temps like that just did not seem like all the fish should have went by so early but it has been a cold and wet year . Will be interesting to see if in a weak and a half when i get back that way if any will be in the trench if not well then i run upstream .

nope went home will be back up next weak for a couple days .

So if the fish went up will there be more fresh fish or are we that far ahead of last years run do to rain and cold temps ?

Guess i stopped just short went up that way then turned and worked tight to the wall thinking that there will be fresh fish still coming in then went way out only for the screen to get worse . Live and learn !

Henderson were did they all go Fished henderson 09/01/17 later in the day after wind let up fished solo had a blast went 4 for 6 with a 21 ,two 19 lbs and a 14 was a hand full solo with no auto pilot but got it done and had fun .Was looking forward to a long day Saturday with a couple guys looking to hit them hard caught a 14 and a 15 lb as soon as we got on the water and lost one then it died on us fished from 60 feet to 150 out past the finger tried just about everything i had only got a few more bump offs and a couple white fish on a cheater spoon . Only ever saw 1 boat net a fish and marked very few fish compared to the day before . My question is were did they all go and why with a good temp break at 50 why did they leave i would not think that all moved up the river all ready i sure hope not as i like to be on the water and not in it when i fish.

Fish have been in tight find temp break to were it hits bottom and fish it and out just beyond if you have temp no need to go way out to sea !

Great to see you got on the bite they were in the 130 foot range a couple weaks ago as well we were on the fish for the first 2 hours steady then went all the way out to over 600 .That was a mistake never leave fish to find fish they will be in tight for the rest of the season now makes life a little nicer except for boat traffic .

go out in front of the plant ck temp out over 140 curve if you find temp break fish it to were it hits bottom and just out beyond last time i was there temp break was at 90 and bite was at 100 to 130 over 140 feet .

Looks like i will give some 50 lb big game a try thanks guys !

If the slammer spoons are from luhr jehnson or johnson they work very well they have a lot of thump to them in the water ! browns love them

From what i have seen on line they look better the luhr jehnson but fat nancys did not have any should have cked allseason sports .

you need to keep stable voltage !

Try to only set it enough to hold the strain of the dipsy but i do use braid so there is no stretch and line tangled around snap on back end of dipsy is just bad deployment and bad luck but just trying to find some good ones dont like th luhr jenson ones.

I didnt until brook off a couple kings due to leader got caught on snap and straitened out split rings.

snubbers Looking for opinions on what company makes the best snubbers and were to get them really not very happy with the ones i have come across so far looking for quility and reliable and stealth .

Black coyotes are hard to come by i have called in a lot of dogs only 1 black one and i missed and bobcats have all been when i lived in nh no open season there but i will get a cat mounted for sure .

I have 8 Okuma rods the only one that has broken came that way from fish usa i called them 2 days later had new rod free of charge fish usa has allways been great to deal with .

try buying some brake line and slide it down into your dip stick tube until it bottoms out then pull it out and ck it to see how much oil is on the end if it shows there is still oil in there just adapt the brake tube to oil extractor stick it all the way in and pump the rest out .
