    Good stuff as usual capt Rick i was out my self 3 rods and definitely concur was a better rogue bite couldn't get the spoons going for some reason cold water lake was gorgeous. keep up the good work appreciate all the reports and tips.

    Any line counter reel personal preference and rod length 8 1\2 to 10 1\2 usually a heavy action rod with a line rating of 12-30 pound test.

    Another vote for bert's had them on the boat for years no problems what so ever. I guess you get what you pay for good luck with your search.

    Whats everyones go to 30 pound 7 strand wire. What one is best blood run, american or malin. Thanks for any replies.
