In case anyone is still worried about the original issue, the USGS baitfish crew is still very much on the chopping block. A judge temporarily blocked mass firings, but the area that our folks work in, “Ecosystems”, is slated to be wiped out. If you were hoping to get complete results from the alewife survey this year, you might want to prepare yourself for a disappointment.

Thanks!  Too many here need to drop the political BS.  I have said it once and I will say it again, LOU isn’t the place for this political banter BS.  We have an issue at hand that affects us all and need to come together to fight this issue.
