I have found four different types of blue line hose. Which part number do I use. The  pieces I need are all straight and 12,15, and 18 inch. Thank you

Not sure if you're saying they make 4 different ones , if so you need the one with the wire in it , one has it ,one does not . I have no idea what the other 2 styles may be for exhaust hose .

Amazon , 4" x 48" -- 224.00 $ . I'm sure if you googled or shopped around you may find it cheaper .  Cut the length you need . You will need a heavy duty wire cutter to cut through the wire in the hose . Dish washing detergent straight up is a great lubricant when installing new hoses ,especially the exhaust.

For straight runs of that  length you don't need wire reinforced hose.  Check out Defender.com - search on 4" wet exhaust hose.  You can absolutely use softwall hose for an 18" run as they are reinforced with cord.
