looking for recommendations for a good powered tranfer pump to do oil changes. i've been using a manual for years and am now wanting to modernize. I'm speaking about the thru dipstick type. any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Punch in oil transfer pump on Amazon . They go from 25.00 and up . The cheap ones have a plastic pump . Decent ones have a metal impeller along with the pump being made out of steel etc . The one that caught my eye goes for 79.89 , couldnt see the mfg , but it came in a nice , clearly marked plastic case . I wouldn't bother with the cheap ones , flimsy hoses , noisy , plastic and they usually don't work that well .

I bought one of these six years ago and use  it for everything. Boat engines, truck, mower or anything else that has to be drained. If you need an extra long hose just buy some tubing at Lowes/Home Depot. The 9.5 liter should do most any engine you'll have. Works great, Highly recommend.
