Help me guesstimate the weight of this king

Caught this last week, and of course my scale broke. Length is close to 34. 

 

Using the bump board for reference, from top of back to bottom of belly is at least 12 inches, girth is maybe 27 inches? Can anyone give me a rough estimate of weight. My previous best is 20lbs. So I'd like to think this is a little larger, maybe 25?

At least 14 OZ if you add a 4 OZ sinker, LOL. Just making fun! That is a beautiful fish.
