I fished Friday afternoon with my son and his two buddies.  I had Friday, Saturday and Sunday to put my last 4 fish on the board for the All Counties Salmon Slam.  WE ran out to 100' and started trolling NW.  Currents were horrendous but we found a decent screen in 140' in the top 50'.  I ran a slimmed down spread of two coppers, two divers and two riggers.  We went 10 for 12 in 2.5 hours boating Kings, steelhead and a coho.  The highlight of the night was my sons PB king at 26.06lbs.  Hawks Tackle Electric Funeral Meat rig was the best producer with Rigged Cutbait.  Hawks Tackle Snowflake was the best spoon of the trip.

Saturday, we fished the same water and caught all kings.  Same water early and then slid out to 180 late morning.  Our biggest of the day was a 21.60 for the Salmon Slam.  Same meat rig and a carbon 14 mag were the top producers.  Rigged Meat took all of our matures.

Sunday, the fish were more scattered.  We worked from 160 -225 until mid morning.  We went in shallower to see if there were fish inside of 140.  on the troll in, we came across a boat that looked like they were jigging.  When we got closer, I realized they were trolling super slow.  We turned East to give them room and the 300 copper towing an Atommik UV Grinch took off screaming.  After a long battle, we boated a 23.16lb king.  That fish was our 4th mature of the day.  Bites Sunday came deeper and colder than the previous days.  Carbon 14, Snow Flake and Black Jeans spoons, Electric Funeral and UV Grinch meat heads were our top producers.  We eneded up weighing the 23.16 and a 19.30 since Sunday was the last day I will be able to make it out for the Salmon Slam.  I hope the 19.30 doesn't screw us in the end!  We ended up with a 23.96, 26.06, 21.60, 23.16 and a 19.30 for our 5 fish box.

Great work Brian! I’ve been hearing a lot of chatter about that Electric Funeral head

It has been a great one.  Jon just made one with a crushed UV tape instead of Flat UV.  It looks sick!
