St Lawerence River-Oct 10-12

Well I fished the river for the first time. We rented a house on the river along the american narrows with a dock, so I could dock our boat right by the house which was nice. Sure is different fishing a river than a lake one moment your in 40 fow the next your in 120+! As far as catching fish we struck out on walleye which didn't really surprise me. Did end up getting a handful of fish with a few nice smallmouth. It was a fun experience an hopefully we can make it an anual thing.

You were in a good walleye area but it’s a tough region to fish with change in depth and current.
