Does anyone know if it has been reopened?

I drove by yesterday and checked it out. It is still closed and the launch ramp dock was underwater..

I drove by this morning. Still closed.

Yes it is still closed, but right next to the gate, there are two lines of yellow ,flat grass about a car width apart.....

Launch at Bald Eagle. This was the nose this am. 80-90ft. 60-70 down.
