Mupped plugs?

Has anyone run J plugs mupped? Like maybe a #3 on the main line and a #5 above? Or is there a reason not to?

J's run crazy.  If you run them mupped, put bigger one on bottom.  More frequent to run a spoon on top, at least 7 -10 ft higher.
