A cider amateur here. Just bottled my first run a couple weeks ago and have another recipe about done as well.

When I went to school in Bath,Summerset,England. The great craze amongst us students was a powerful brew called Barley Wine. We spent as much time drinking it as we spent brewing it.

I make about 20 gallons a year. Diamond, Delaware, Catawba. Good juice from Fulkersons.

Can't wait to hit the water.

Sounds good. Haven't tried to make Diamond yet. Got the Catawba, Deleware, Apple/sour cherry and a new red variety, Noreit (red similar to Shiraz). Oh-- forgot the cranberry. Good luck with em.
