baha cruisers stuffing box question

i have a 94 baha 313 sportfisherman powered with twin volvo 5.7. both stuffing boxes are leaking pretty bad and need to be repacked. does anyone know what diameter stuffing i need. i dont want to back the nut off and remove a ring of packing only to find out the marina doesnt have the right size.

When changing packing, change all of it, do not add a ring. This will spread the wear on the shaft over evenly and you will not score your shaft if it is too tight. Best to pull the boat out and do it or better yet repack before launching in the spring. Old hard packing can cost you a shaft.

3/16" and as Jim said try to replace it all, but there is really no need to pull the boat to do if it's in.
