Krenzer Marine in Sodus Point did my stringers plus other repair projects and I was very pleased with the job. I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to repairs on my boat, and I can assure you that they do great work

It depends entirely on how much needs to be replaced and how big your boat is. It's safe to say that transom and stringer replacement will probably one of the most expensive repair bills that you'll ever have as a boat owner.

I paid $6,000 2 winters ago. I had the transom, and stringers replaced, new wood in the gunnels, and new foam under the floor for that price.
