I wish I could give better news for those that are coming up, however, I can't. There were many, many boats this am and I did not see one battle a fish.

I fished mexico bay today as well. Had 69 degrees no matter where i put the probe. Fishing was real bad, not one bite, although i marked quite a few fish in the 130 to 140 fow. Had streakers but no takers. We need some temp back.

I hope the temps change soon, too. I'll be back up next weekend for what may be my final time before towing the boat home mid-October. It's been a good season, but I'd really love for it to go out with a bang!

Just down right ugly the last few days. Heard tournament winning fish today out of the east end was 1 5 lb. king.

I didn't fish the tournament but I got that beat with 2 5 1/2 pounders These temps blow. I had to drive over an hour north of Rochester to find colder water and it was just barely in range of my riggers.
