mylar lake trolls

Can any one inform me who makes the plastic (mylar) lake trolls/ cow bells for lake trout you see hanging at all the tackle stores. I am looking for contact info for the manufactures.

Those are exactly what I was talking about. Are there any others manufactures out there?

Not anymore. There used to be. Big Weenie Brand makes a thing that is similar called a Grease trap but they are a little pricey for me.
