I just took the big step and bought a Sitex SVS 650 with an Airmar P66 triducer at a cost of $625. It is supposed to be as good as a Furuno 627 but with a bigger screen (like a furuno 582). I will let you guys know if at $230 dollars less than the 627 it really is that good.
