Downrigger repairman?

Anyone know of a good downrigger repair service near the east side of Cayuga Lake? I have a Penn Fathom master that is in need of some TLC. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have brought my downriggers to Screwy louies in Fairhaven several times in the past and they do an excellent job. They are the only ones I know of in the area.
