How are the Oak Orchard  powers at be  going to spend prize money for being  " Fishing Capital of the Universe"?

 

My bro said that he felt they wanted to spend it on exposure or advertizement. I suggested to him  maybe some of it on a Fishing tourney day for the disabled Vets   & picnic after. Could get national exposure. Kick some gas  money to any Captain who would be involved . Who deserves a day on the water more? Just a thought.
