Need trim tab help for a 92- 28' baha cruiser. One trim tab has no fluid!

Hello all. I own a 28' 92 baha cruiser weekender. I have the original factory trim tabs and one hydrolic line has no fluid. The other side works fine. The broken one looks like the piston is shot. Is this fixable? If so is it a do it yourself or any suggestions on where to go or what to do will help. Thanks

I had a Bennett cylinder go bad after 2yrs use. Sent it back and got a new one for free. If it is out of warranty, I know they are about 80-100 bucks for the plastic ones. Most marine supply companies have em
