Garmin Boat Mapping Oneida Lake

Saw this boat making passes on the Western half of Oneida Lake yesterday, they must be getting ready to upgrade their maps.

Its good to know that they are upgrading their maps.  I know Lowrance used to get their information from US Geological survey maps probably from the 1940's.  At least that was the response they told me when I inquired about why they call Tompkins Point on Port Bay under the old name and why the channel for Blind Sodus Bay was way off.
