usually do kill em but when yer hunting big fish i dont waste my time with em..most are quite small did keep this one just to say i ate some but a pia workin around the spikes

 

 

Take the spines off using some wire cutters.......makes it much easier and safer to fillet. I need to take a trip to the Keys when I get back home to meet up with you....the Worlds Most Interesting Man.......on Lake Ontario United :) :lol:  :)  :lol:
