Yes , Hughes marina area. Dont know about rest of lake. But I checked the map for Niagra Bar it looks detailed havent been there yet. Unbelieveable accuracy for fingerlakes. Mine is G3 mapping not sure what the very new ones are. The FF works great also.

Reel Doc Years ago I was at the Harrisburg PA outdoor show. I bought a pink downrigger rod. I ran it for years on the starboard rigger. It caught more salmon than everyrod in the boat combined. Finally the pink color faded out and I dont know what ever happened to the rod. Anyway this winter I did some utube search and I painted up several rods .. I now have pink, purple. blue. It is great when you have strangers in the boat and you get a hit. pink rod! blue rod ! whatever. Any way its give them a light sanding, get some rustolim paint. Tape off the eyelets . coat with clear. It seems very durable.. Thanks for noticing.. I would think very talented guys who paint the lures would get into rodpainting. -

Cayuga water color s end

Got out around 7:30 this morning out of treman. Water level was was at summer levels or a bit higher. Lots of chocolate water that extended beyond the drop off. Worked the skinnywater with stickbaits for a couple hrs had a couple hits . Went out a little deeper to get out of the mud water. Had a good screen put down a couple spoons on riggers no takers. Wind kicked up pulled the rods at 10:30 . Talked to a guy at the launch he said he didnt catch anything either.

It will not fit my Arima hull . It has a ridge where the latch sits.. Its brand new bought it last fall its to late to send back.... This would be the ideal set up if it fit my boat. Check out videos . there are a lot on utube. I paid $325 will sell for $250 . plus shipping [its heavy} I will be at Watkins glen show. May even meet if its not to far. Will trade for??? If you have trouble getting your boat latched when loading... you need this. Drive on and it latches automatic.... -

what if they made bigger barrels? -
I did my 8 hp 4stroke Yamaha last year. The waterpump replacement is straight forward. You may have to have the serial number of the engine to get the proper kit.Use a lot of lube when you put it together. Also on mine there was a garden hose connector for flushing out the engine.Its located on the RH side of the motor towards the front. My waterpump was completely shot. I had pieces of hard rubber plugging the waterjackets and reverse flushing with the hose cleaned it out. I used neverseze on the bolt threads and proper torqued the bolts. Take your time and be careful not to break any bolts off. Its kinda a fun project.

Check out the pictures. Prices 1/2 of new price plus shipping. You can look up values on Big Jon site. I am sure we can come up with something. As for shipping I do not know how people ship cheap. Every thing costs me at least $7.50. PLUS this stuff is heavy and bulky. Make offer on whole works.... One of the motors is toast but gears and switches are good. I was going to make a couple planer board reels.Never got to it. Delivery Ithaca, Binghamton,Elmira area or realistic half way meet for a realistic offer on whole works..

This motor came as a spare for a newer ES 1000. How ever It did not fit the rigger. It is to long. It is slightly used . does not smell burnt Looks real clean inside. Outside looks almost new. My ES 1000 rigger motors have internal connected wires this one has external studs to connect the wires. This motor is a inch or so longer than mine. I guess it could be a planer board motor. Look close at the pictures . I am sure someone could use a spare. Its 1/2 the price of a new one + shipping.I dont know what a new one costs. Im very easy to deal with. Trade something???
