    Try being stuck in the house with a wife that is homeschooling your kid because school is closed, your wife is laid off and you can't drink due to being allergic to alcohol. Fishing is my only outlet from stress.

    Guys were getting browns in the bay Saturday when I was perch fishing. We got three browns on fatheads.

    We were getting alewife of all sizes in the intake all winter which is not the norm. Our intake temp is running about 3-4 degrees warmer than the past two winters.

    The browns are coming from the Rome Hatchery. Our browns usually don’t come from there but due to the zebra mussel issue in the Hatchery, they did not want expose Adirondack waters to zebra mussels.     People are still buying tackle during these trying times. I have had a record week selling Gambler Rigs. 2 shows being cancelled might have something to do with it but I have sold more than I would have made at the 2 shows combined. Not what I expected.
