  15. Instead of the threaded rods holding the boards apart I used one inch flat aluminum stock mounted two on top and one on the bottom. They are held in place with toilet screw and threaded nuts. 18. A charter captain dropped off his party at the car and took his boat to his dock. There he was charged with being over the possession limit. I was stopped going into a biogist station with ten ducks over my Limit . They were tied up in separate strings and when my companion showed up he dropped the charge. If you fish on a head boat the mate takes your fish and places it on a stringer and your fish are tallied to keep them within the limit. On a salmon charter after you take the salmon out of the water you must sign and fill out your permit card in Alaska. At that point you have your limit and you must put your line away and stop fishing. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  19. The warmer muddy colored water sets up over the colder clear water where fish congregate to flee from the sun's rays. A good lure to run through the edges is a red flourescent stick bait.

  21. If a local resident takes an illegal deer, the fine is ten dollars plus ninety three dollars court costs. Too many deer are not taken by sport hunters that the local residents have an inordinate car deer accident rate that they feel the state and its alleged rules and regulations are harmful to the county population.
