hey until yesterday i had to spearfish in water temps under 80 deg. so it aint all easy here either..

winter has been tuff....

2 beauties right there ,,nice fish too! if ya dont have a tarpon permit ya need to keep the tail in the water even for a quick pic..this cold front has even dropped the temp to 60 in the keys.....might have to fire up the furnace.....

usually do kill em but when yer hunting big fish i dont waste my time with em..most are quite small did keep this one just to say i ate some but a pia workin around the spikes

these vids were in 12 ft or less.ill be back at in in a week .yes eye to eye with a 5 ft cuda that is trying to steal yer fish will get yer attention ..1 dive last year in 12 ft channel had hundreds of fish all of a sudden every fish disapeared ,i droped to the bottom and looked around but never saw what scared then all ,within 30 sec they were back...might be a good thing not to know what emptied the area...guess ill have to start a Rays under wear er um underwater adventure topic this winter.....gotta keep my mangina warm
