We ran blood run all last year it was more user friendly, it deploys very smooth with less twisting. We put a beating on it on Seneca with several thousands of pounds of weeds reeld in off the inlines. That's the one thing that stinks about the finger lakes in the summer. We didn't get the twisted up mess like with other copper. The diameter and sink rate is great and I was very pleased with it. Now if they could come up with a line that cuts weed pods in half that would be killer:). I also ran the sea flea line last year with outstanding results. You won't be disapoited with the blood run products.

To bad a giant chunk of ice wouldn't take that little bridge away:). I loved that launch but can't use it with my boat.

I think the issue is more off don't cry and call a guy out for being dishonest when he thought the ramp was frozen. I've checked the south ramp in am an two hours later it's been ice free. I have also seen guys go out of cannel in am and not be able to get to ramp mid day with ice pack blown in. I know the way everyone wants to jump on some ones ass just makes for less ramp/launch checkers. If you can't get to where you need to be from severne with the way the wind and cold water is you might not want to go out. It was froze solid for a long time things change over night on a forty mile long lake that's 600 ft deep. Put the number for the harbor hotel in your phone and call them ask them to look out the window for you. Or drive to Severne that's always open and its a better launch.

When is balance due for Wilson tourney I must be missing it on the website?

So from what I read you need an enhanced license or passport even if you don't go to a port after crossing border. So observers for tournament like Wilson need the above.

Hi Folks, Sitting here bored looking at snow thinking of Spring fishing. What is the miles by boat to St Catherine's from Wilson? Since we will all be fishing Canada till June. . Have to put some diamond plate on front of boat for ice breaking.

Two years ago we were out in March. Last year we never got out in April the wind and weather sucked. That time of year if you can swing it plan the trip a few days out .

Turning with 10 or 20 out is the same if you have your spacing and leads correct its no problem. Turn to sharp with two out and you will have a mess.

Same here. We use the bands with blacks I double them up. I get the trolling bands from dicks. If the blacks is set right the it will release just before the bands break. You can fish the same bands over and over. And like Ace said if you have a minnow on you will know it with the bands.

the 8'3 work great for rigger rods also, or the 9 if you have room. Sean
