    NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. RAIN LIKELY DURING THE DAY...THEN RAIN AND SNOW LIKELY SATURDAY NIGHT. WAVES 1 TO 3 FEET BUILDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET. THE WATER TEMPERATURE OFF ROCHESTER IS 38 DEGREES. May want to pick a different day

    Matt from what I know the guy sees movement, hits it with the light. The victims eyes light up and the guy thinks coyote and shoots. Must say I have never lit someone at night, maybe their eyes light up? Internet says people's eyes don't light up. I think the guy just shot at movement.
