  1. Met a great LOU member today after Big Fish Friday this afternoon at the Oak. He picked up two teenage kings a ten pound brown and an eight pound Atlantic. Thankfully found a couple guys bridge fishing Braddocks that were thrilled to take the two 16lb lakers.
  2. Exactly. Our fish don’t go to waste. Obviously Mops misses the whole reason for my post.
  3. There are two marinas on Braddocks. Westpoint and Manitou Beach. Westpoint would probably be the easiest.
  4. Well just in case then lol. 240 pounds last Friday and Sunday. Saturday was a blow off day. Both days boxed by 9:30 am, 12 fish boxes. Be nice to see folks that want them, get them. Tons of tournament folks would be happy to give them away.
  5. Will be fishing the tournament at the Oak this weekend. If anyone wants whole, cold fish and can come get them late afternoons Friday through Sunday shoot me a PM.
  6. I was out from 6:30 to 7:30 with my jigging rod. Looked from 60 to 180 and didn’t see any hooks or bait.
  7. When you come into Olcott harbor downwind of the rock pile that protects the harbor from north winds the stench is incredible.
  8. Another great day out of Olcott today. 140 to 180 and heavy on the meat. Had our twelve fish limit at 9:30. 157 pound box.

  9. Big tournament this weekend so a lot of boats will be out. Good luck.
  10. We fished Olcott the past three days and did well. Will be fishing there again in the morning. Spoke with a few Oak guys over the past few days and heard mixed results.
  11. Get a drift sock too if you can. Unless you have spot lock etc.
  12. Mission Jigs 2oz
  13. Great day out of Olcott yesterday. Heavy on flasher meat. 300’s and 350 we’re smoking. 100 to 140 feet. 64lb three fish box!
  14. $400,000 on a thirty year mortgage at 6% is a payment of $2,400. Add $1000 a month for taxes and it’s $40800 a year. That’s if you finance the whole thing. That is the math.
  15. Yes. Bald Eagle, 6 miles west, is a great place to launch.
  16. Sure it does. Gross and expense are the two most meaningful factors in business. Brian gets it. Vince doesn’t appear to.
  17. At $1000 a slip he would probably get business.
  18. Hey hey hey don’t judge the rest of us due to the behavior of Scott and Keith.
  19. Like a restaurant charge as much as you want but fill the seats. At $65 a foot that is going to be difficult to do.
  20. Lines in at 6 and out at 10:30 with Legacy. 100 to 140 foot of water. 250 coppers were on fire as were divers at 125 and 140. Over 20 kings and many mid to high teens. Meat took almost every fish. Amazing morning on the water. Saw the big cruise boat heading back to Oswego from Buffalo which was pretty cool as well.
  21. Empty docks bring in no money.
  22. Sleepy Hollow Marina, where you dock is a great place and a bargain. If anyone needs a dock for $35 a foot, call Frank at 585-314-3569. Great guy and some of the best fishing on the south shore.
