    check out the prices at a place on line called ultimate passage I found the best prices there I purchased a Lowrance 12 inch Gen 2 for like 2400.00 got it and looked really big to what I was using I hope I like it. they also have other brands

    check out the Traxstech trees absolutely the best on the market. They look better spring mounted to turn in. I had the Great lakes on my last boat this one has the Trax quality all the way

    the slime is nowhere near the **** you guys get in the Big O comes right off. They film a whole season and then put pieces together. You can notice sometimes they say they are in one place and the seas are 6 feet and then talk to another boat nearby and the seas are calm.

    How about the rattle inside these does it spook the Browns ? I wonder if they can be drilled out

    I am divorced therefore I can buy all the gear that I need I tried copper first time last summer got a couple fish on it and then a king got into to of the lines what a mess at that point I looked to see that scrap copper was selling for. I am going to give it a try again> So I should have from 100-400 in 50 or 100 foot increments I guess I will be giving Tom Allen another order .

    being new to fishing with copper why all those lengths could you just say have a 300 or 400 and put it out 100 feet out or 150 feet out to get to the desired length ?

    I have been using Garcia 7000C Syncro they have a new Alphamar line counter syncro drag out its great for dropping your ball just make sure the clicker is on and reel back about 1/3 I think they are under 100 bucks

    there is a guy in NY A&P custom tackle 528 283 5920 who has a load of Daves Kaboom lures made by Dave Storm same as the thunder stick jr

    I have been using the Laurvick with shrink tube over them very visible and no line tangles from the wind.

    Take a look at Northcoast boats 23 Hard top great down east boat . There are a couple used ones out there the Factory is in Bristol RI they stand behind their boats. its worth a day trip there to see how top quality boats are made Its not a mass produced boat.

    Take a look at Northcoast boats they are a great downeast boat will hand build it to your needs, and they want to get some of thier boats on the big lakes, they will make a good deal for you. Its a glass boat that will last.

    I fish out of Fair Haven when ever i get the time to get there these days 4 or 5 weeks a year, and hope to spend the summer months there in the future. I would like to help but getting there is a full six hours for me, Can i send a cash donation as im sure there are costs involved? I also challenge all others who fish out of Fair Haven to do the same.

    I was t the factory last week they are building #1 for the Boston boat show its going to be a awesome boat and for all those that fish the great lakes they will build to your specs its a quality #1 boat a down east boat all hand llayed not a .\spec of wood I just got a 23 HT having a few special things done to it and all Trex track holders a kicker put on I cant wait to get it on the big O
