  1. Nice Fish! 20 fish is a lot of time on the st lawrence! A local biologist confirmed very similar results. Angler log books have shown an average of 40-50 hrs between muskies on the river over the last 2 years.
  2. The boat gets put away for the season this wednesday. Now that muskie season is over, I am already getting anxious for ice!! Still have a muzzle tag to fill but its a temporary fix for fishing, lol. Cannot wait!!

  10. I live in Jefferson county.... Been hunting for 20+ years. Got my first tick bite this year. My Golden has been covered with them just in the last month or so. The summer was not bad. Strange they are coming out of the woodwork now.

  13. What a creepy and well told experience! Dont care how big an animal is..... The thought of not being the APEX in the woods is a little unsettling to say the least! I have had yotes follow/stalk me while hunting the tug hill. It puts a hustle in your step! Dont care to be thought of as a menu offering, lol. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  14. Nice, Kevin! Always great to get one down early...... I had 4 come w/in 60 yards on saturday. Largest doe was obstructed by buck brush. Let one go. Sabot was deflected. Had 3 come in on me last night from behind to about 20 yards and no shot. Deer winded me and hit the road. Getting closer each time i guess. Sure is nice to see large healthy deer. 19. This time of year the schools of perch tend to be larger. Often mark them while trolling for muskie and return to pin point and catch dinner. Where I fish they are usually in 50-80 fow. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  20. Lol. Definitely a psychedelic representation of muskie hunting..... Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  21. Have not been out since the 5 day blow from the north. Things were pretty sporty around clayton. Had to move the boat twice to seek shelter from wind and waves. No damage to boat. Big winds are a sure sign of the change of season......... Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  22. Shot a doe with 7mm NBT at 15 yards last fall..... Definite fragmentation. Doe dropped like a stone. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
