Well.... the Nympher has sat in the driveway for over a year now with the kids playing all sorts of sports and a severe lack of free time, until tomorrow when I do my shakedown 24/25'. Had to drain gas, change filters, etc. Both Hondas fired right up and with a light west wind tomorrow im hitting LadyO. Help would come in the form of saving me a hunt session as I haven't been able to find any solid reports out of Olcott. Plan is to either find the north side of a mud line or 50fow, whatever comes first and drop lines on a NW troll.  Anybody have any recent Intel? Gut tells me we should find some fish, but I know 87% of that is just wishful thinking. TIA

Tight lines !

Was out yesterday of olcott, not real nice 4 ft rollers in spots. Made a few passes. Went 2 for 3, one nice coho and a small king, lost a coho at the boat due to waves. Had a couple other possible hits but didn't stick.  Blue dolphin spoon, orange ladder back spoon and a orange flasher with blue/ green fly.  Hits were 150-200 fow, 60 ft down.  Was getting beat up from the waves so only made a couple passes.

Thanks! Solid info and greatly appreciated. I assume she has laid down a bunch with these mild west winds.

Just got the call that my buddy who was planned to go is out. My son is sick,so he's out too. Hoping to hear back from another guy asap..... fingers crossed. I can't let this boat sit in the driveway another season !!!

You have not been missing much so far . Hopefully this better weather / wind patterns straighten out the lake.

Depending on what port you are out of , the fishing this far has been not great . The West end seems to be the best bet so far .

If I wasn’t stuck with boat projects, I would have joined you Andy.

I had considered an invite too, but with the holiday, short notice, and the first nice day in a while I figured everybody was busy and too be honest (and petty) I was just getting more upset with the "no's" I was getting. Maybe next time.....
