Michigan stinger lure identification

What is this lure called? It’s similar to an NBK but with a black dot.

Pretty sure it was called ‘Later Gator’ - can just add a glow ladderback to a regular Gator if you can’t find it and need to make one.  Came in silver cup and glow cup versions.
