Seneca Seneca Launch Kiosks

Does anyone else have issues getting the payment kiosks at Seneca to accept their bank card?  It was always my go to lake in the past way back to Chamber of Commerce days but since the pay kiosks have been installed at the welcome center and the state park I can rarely get a payment to go through.  I have cards from Reliant and if one is accepted it is usually my actual credit card….not debit.  The frustrating part is that I don’t have issues anywhere else for example, I had my sons with me last weekend and ended up launching on Cayuga out of Dean’s Cove after getting denied at Seneca with you guessed it…no problem.  Is it just me or have other folks experienced the same thing?

I too have had problems with it. It either rejected my Reliant VISA card or took what seemed very long to process it...so mixed results. Not sure what the problem is but the machine may not be a not a State machine and maybe from  from Sessler I believe who have the rights to the launch itself.

These days I'm skeptical on them credit card debit card machines scammers put readers in them I always check everyone that I use for anything funky looking. the Geneva Waterloo Walmart stores were hit now they put a guard over the reader now  scammers can't put a reader in when no one's looking
