superbraid and slide divers

Can anyone offer and information as to the use of superbraid with slide divers? I heard that superbraid does not work with slide divers. That the diver will just keep sliding down the line. If so, how do you stop the slider form sliding down the line? Thanks!!

Rotate the piece of rubber tubing 90 deg then clamp down on it. If it still slips rotate it 180 deg but 90 usually works fine.

I use power pro on my slides, run a 40-50 foot piece of 30lb

flourocarbon, on which we run the slides. Don't have to worry

about the braid.
