Looks like a whole slew of Cayuga!!! Is the fishing there that much better or does it just have a preponderance of lines in the water?

I was going to pop over to Canadaigua later this week due to its proximity to me, but the trout bite seems to be on at Cayuga. maybe I should go the extra miles... whatcha think?

IMHO - Cayuga is the better trout fishery, seems to dominate this tournament, in recent years anyways.

I'd be interested to hear what the numbers break down to as far as each lake is concerned and number of anglers.

Did you fish it?? I couldn't imagine fishing in more rain than the Salv Army derby last year but Sunday would have topped that for sure.

Sure did, sweltering heat saturday and torrential downpours on sunday,

still was a good weekend of fishing and catching.
