cracked block help!!

the short blocks I have bought in the past came with new rods and pistons, rings, and bearings, but didn't have any of the items that go on the block like heads, pans, fuel pump, and so on. but before i used the old heads I would have a valve job done on them. but remember this has been my experience with short blocks.
