Launched out of Mexico at 630. Ran a west troll from 8 - 25', gin clear water and nothing. Ran out to the plant and trolled just outside the buoy line in 40' and picked up 4 browns, each around 10#. All shots came on Chinook Diver/Spoon combos. Best colors were purple spoons with copper backs. 2.2 - 2.5mph. Also picked up a decent Laker on a rigger at 40'. Willmarsh14-

Cisco by Oswego is intriguing. That part of the lake is one of the best, and unfortunately last, for Lake Whitefish (yum) but we have not sampled many Cisco there. What kind of sizes were ya getting?

My buddy says they are very good eating. I filleted them out and sent them home with my cousin to try. I don’t eat to much of anything from the lake. I give most everything away if I can’t release it for another day.
