Davenport Bait and Tackle has a house we rented. With a slip.

Places like that book quick for July/August though, so worth looking early. It kind of reminded me of picking a singapore family friendly hotel once where the main draw was convenience—being able to just step outside and have what you need right there makes the stay so much better.
