  1. Fished for about 4 hours with only a few jack perch. The smallies were on the camera again, but we couldnt turn one. I am going to make it my mission to learn how to catch these things in the middle of winter! They have to eat sometime.
  2. Yes, Dave has the info but he has to post ads on the boats for sale section of his site. AS for what I am looking for or at.......I have one particular boat in mind, but ya never know. Just want to go a little bigger is all. AND NO ITS NOT A TROJAN! Im not following that suit! LOL
  3. Price is negotiable! We have out grown this boat and we have some larger ones in our eyesight. This is a great fishing boat and a wonderful family boat. 5. This was a problem when they first came out, but I am almost positive they fixed it. I cant remember mine getting fogged up and it stays on the fly bridge all year long.
  6. not yet, but my fingers are still crossed!
  7. Sodus has a healthy population, but my vote for the larger pike would go to Conesus Lake. I have seen and heard of plenty of 40+ inchers coming out of there.
  8. Dude....I just wanna look cool with a million friends!
  9. So who has one? You can search for mine by looking for Crazy Yankee Sportfishing. Im sure if you go there you can find some other members from this site! If ya got one friend request me!
  10. I ran a slide diver down the chute for a few years prior to copper. It works well, but not as stealthy as copper or core. One thing to remember about running anything down the chute is make sure you have the hands available to move it around the back of the boat or clearing it when fighting a fish. Copper catches fish and I will never deny that. If I didn't fish tourneys or charter I probably wouldn't run it as much or at all. With the new slide divers out you can add a 4oz weight and a ring to achieve depths of over 100'. So, give it a try!
  11. DAMN! You beat me to the punch! I already had a pic of Billy and I was in the process of putting a pair on him with photoshop!
  12. The people who were distributing the Aqua Vu had the FH temp probe there, but I didnt see a display. The probe looked smaller and it was white.
  13. Yes they got camo.
  14. I'll be honest with you. Thats a great boat and it would be very easy for you to walk to the front of it to deploy and retrieve your boards if you placed a mast up there. Another good thing about a mast that far forward would be that your tow lines wont get into your rods on turns. I'm sure you can make it so the mast isn't up there all year, although I run boards every time I'm on the water. The mast will also get the line up in the air so it wont slap the water and your releases will slide down better. You don't have to walk up to the front all the time to set your releases either. Cut a small section to pull the line in from the back of the boat and tie it into the railing where you rig.
  15. That a boy! I knew you would chime in soon enough!
  16. I saw the new fish hawk this past weekend at the Triple S show. Its a smaller probe and its white. When a company changes something its usually because their product has become obsolete, or it was a bad design. You've all heard the saying that if its not broke don't fix it. Well, the fish hawk for many people was nothing but aggravation. I'm not knocking the product because a lot of guys still run it with great success. However, you cant beat a Moor or the Depth Raider. Put a 15lb shark on that cable and it will be less blow back than a FH with regular cable. I ran this set up all last year and it rocked! I hadn't fished with a probe in a few years. What a difference!
  17. Damn it Billy! I just HAD to order 4 more! Thanks! Like I need to spend money!
  18. I think we need a little photoshop magic here! Anyone wanna put some crocs on Billy V's feet? Come on Fishtix or Skiener! Everyone gets a kick out of the tan lines crocs leave!
  19. Not unless your diggin too! But I havent seen anything out of you yet, so the answer is no.
  20. He must have been one of the 6 Million! WHOOP WHOOP! In looking at the guys who think crocs are ugly, with the excpetion of Legacy, your all old farts! You guys probably still wear platform shoes when you go out to the Disco!
  21. Im not worried about what you guys think! I all about the comfort! I havent met one person who has worn them and not liked them! When you sell 6 MILLION pairs in one year that has to say something? http://www.fastcompany.com/magazine/106/croc.html For all u slow folks thats 12 MILLION crocs sold last year!
  22. SHOW OFF! Now you know Im just playin! Great pics!
  23. One thing I might suggest is a on board charger that will charge while your trolling. If you have all the electronics hooked up to one batery and the big motor hooked up to the other that onboard charger will charge the "accessory" battery while your trolling and the big motor will charge the main battery.
  24. I think we all need to see a picture of this boat so we can properly help you
  25. I'm going to give it a try and see if it makes a difference. I figure if it helps turn a few more fish in boat traffic it might be worth it especially come tourney time. I honestly think the fleas arent as bad as they have been in years past. Like any other evasive species they peak really fast and once they deplete the goods that made them grow so fast they will fall to a manageable level. I havent seen it bad in the last few years and I have fished more these past few years than I did for 5 years prior.
