  7. Who needs more towing capacity, may trade down Just kicking this around some. I see a lot of fisher people upgrade to bigger boats and maybe some have out done their tow rig capacity. I may be willing to trade mine as it is far more than I need. Here is what I have, and what I need is a tow capacity of 6000# Original owner 2003 Ford F250 XL 4x4 V10 6.8L 28,000 miles (no miss print) never seen winter 8' bed regular cab Leer hard fiberglass tonneau cover Rust stop oil treatment undercoating All original, stored in the shop, always under a cover used to tow my 19 aluminum boat oh yeah it's red excellent condition

  10. 2 divers means dipsy divers, to keep rod purchase at a minimum use braid line for the dipsy divers. I use 30# on dipsy set up, lot of guys use 50#. For the down riggers I use 17# mono. You can use that in both lakes Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  17. 1997 Lowe, all aluminum floor over the tank as well. I would have to cut the floor open to access the entire tank, it can be done I guess. I'll have to start looking for a new tank. I have used both types of gas, and owned the boat since 98, added who knows how many additives over the years....any one know a good deal on tanks, a guess at 60" x 20" x 8" Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  18. Checked all connections, fill line actually has 2 clamps on it, I'll add a second to the vent, supply line to motor also has 2 clamps. I guess it could be possible a pin hole in the top of the tank somewhere that I cant see Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  19. Fiberglass fuel tank My aluminum boat has a fiberglass fuel tank, every once in a while you can smell a light gas odor. I call the mfg and was told that fiberglass tanks can actually let the gas vapor pass through them. Is this true, I am pretty sure their is no leak, thanks Scott
  20. If I read this right 200' weighted steel torpedo line plus 300' of 19 strand 30# wire will get you down 200' with a total of 500' in the water, then how much extra you want as backing to handle the strike
