    bondouley, I have done this several times and have had great success. My best lures were moonshines trolled around 2.1 mph, by the mouth of any trib.(were they are holding) make sure to keep spoons lit up . Flat lined back 150 to 200 feet, don't be afraid to speed up spoon using long sweeping motion of rod.( top of water to 12oclock) then back .Workes for me! Good luck and be careful

    Wow ! What a brown Trout! if possible i would do what gander lander said. You got good pics and measurements, now ya have time to look for a fish artist and save up some dough. Great fish!

    All good answers,for me i try to play fish out as far behind as possible,in doing so it buys you the needed time to either pull one or two rods or just move to another holder. by that time you pretty much know what your dealing with and what your next move will be,Most of the time i prefer to let rods in!

    Those 870 sabots are expensive, keep food in truck,don't sleep with chlothes on that you cooked in. long range bear mace, Than 870!

    Yup I cant say that I blame you,good decision, I have a 20 fter thats real easy to handle at the dock and trails super easy but still would like to step up a notch. let me know if you ever change your mind, or want to trade! did you put a new auto=pilot on her?
