    I shined up my "85" starcraft with a light rubbing compound & some cleaner/wax & it looks like new. It was faded pretty bad.

    I feel they are all aggressive, not many I've seen back down. I have a trapping buddy that has pics of some in his traps & even with their foot in the traps they still come at him until he shoots them.

    $40 is not bad, to get in the Southtown walleye turny on Erie it cost at least $55, & top prize is only $5K. second prize is $3K. Then if you want to try to win other $$ it cost $10-$15 more on top of it! You are forced to join their club & the only benefit it a monthly news letter with nothing in it but advertisements. jmo

    Before all the winds they were getting fish from Center rd. to in front of Dunkirk in 85-95 fow. If I were going, I would launch out of Dunkirk to be closer to the fish. Good luck!

    X2 on this! Its the Albany & New York city people that screw up the rest of the state! From Albany to the south & east should be it's own state & leave the rest of us alone!

    Do either of those lakes still have water in them ? Last I saw on the news, they were mostly empty from drought.

    Do you tip the Captain & the mate? You already are paying for the charter service, which the Captain set his prices on & gets his $$ for sure. The mate is working setting lines & doing most of the work on the trip if he is doing his job. I have been on hunting trips where the "guides" did nothing but show us the stands we would hunt from, They did not get a tip & we did not return! jmo.

    Did you go into the installation/set up page & tell the unit which X-ducer you have? Also as Les said the auto sensitivity may be too hi, I had to set mine on a -5 to clear the clutter & get a good pic. & be sure to use a safety line if you move it around.

    Go with Hyd. disc brakes. We all know electric & water don't mix. Lots of bad reports on electric boat trailer brakes. They are fine for campers never in& out of water.
